How long does Bug Fixing take?
The timeline is confirmed with your quote, once we have seen the requirement. Small tasks are usually a few working days; larger builds take longer. We tell you the date before you pay, not after.
What do you need from me to start?
Your requirement in writing, plus any content, logins or brand files involved. Most delays come from waiting on these, so we confirm the full list up front.
Is the price fixed?
Yes, for the scope we agree. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before it is done -- you are never billed for something you did not approve.
Is GST included?
Prices are shown excluding GST. GST is added at checkout at the applicable rate and shown separately on your invoice.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Tell us. We would rather fix it than argue about it. Where that is not possible, our published Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out exactly what you are entitled to.
